LEG's Purpose:
Leads Exchange Group (LEG) is a group within the Peninsula Equality Network (PEN) for networking and exchange of business. LEG’s primary goal is to facilitate business referrals amongst its members while creating an environment that promotes professionalism and ethical business standards. We consider these core values as essential to maintaining the highest level of trust between our members. This trust is measured by the ever increasing volume of referrals which circulate between members. While many other networking groups tend to over promise and under deliver, the LEG group is unique in that it tracks the amount of dollars being referred each month. Last year alone, LEG was able to generate close to $1 million in referral between its members. This money is a reflection of the groups success and shows that networking, when approached appropriately, can be extremely lucrative.
